What is the Back Pain Away Challenge?

 

The back pain away challenge is a specifically designed 6 week challenge for people who have tried everything. If you don't reduce you back pain by 65% in 6 weeks I will work with you for free until you do.

What are your prices?

​

Pricing depends on what you need. Basic chiropractic adjustments are $25, but services such as myofascial release, cupping, exercise programming or other manual therapies are $25 for every 15 min.

What are your hours of operation?

​

Official hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM and 12PM to 4 PM on weekends but, I can make exceptions for after hours visits by appointment only.  Gym members can also flag me down anytime I'm in the gym as long as I'm in-between sets.

Do you accept health insurance?

​

No, I do not currently accept health insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill to help you get reimbursement from your insurance company. I also do not accept personal injury or workers comp cases at this time. 

​

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

​

No, you do not need a doctors referral.

​

What is your new patient procedure?

​

Clinic Intake Process:

1. Schedule an appointment via email, phone, or website.

2. Fill out paperwork online or in the office.

Day of Appointment

1. Arrive and wait in the waiting area for the doctor.

2. Individual consultation with me to assess ongoing symptoms, complete physical examination, investigate further if needed, or provide management recommendations

3. Some cases may warrant further management inclusive of physical rehabilitation services such as exercise therapy

4. Each case will be provided individualized care based on needs and goals

Online Intake process:

1. Schedule an appointment via email, phone, or website.

2. Fill out and return paperwork that will be sent to you.

3. Log in to your Zoom call at the appointed time.

I just want an adjustment, do I really need to fill out all this paperwork just for that?

Yes, you do.
